About products...

Chef Zico, our head chef, always works with a limited stock. His primary goal is on ensuring the freshness of all ingredients.

Each morning, Zico goes to the market and select the best items available, including vegetables, fish & seafood, fruits, herbs & spices etc…

We have selected a range of suppliers, based on very strict criteria such as: are the supplies organic in nature, do the suppliers have health certification for imported meat, origin of the raw products, facililties for storage & transport of fresh products.

Life is full of compromises, but at Siam Indigo, we do not compromise on quality and freshness of food offered!

We offer truly delicious Authentic Thai cuisine. Our team has conducted a number of researches to ensure that we maintain its original taste, therefore we have not adjusted our Thai food’s recipe and some items might be spicy, but don’t worry as our menu selection has been designed to suit all taste buds.

Not keen on Thai food tonight? Here in Siam Indigo, we have invested a large sum of money on top of the range griddle and BBQ stove and our Chef will be pleased to grill your favourite piece of meat or fresh seafood, as well as vegetables.

You will never get bored with our menu, as our creative Zico constantly up-date the menu, based on customer’s need & requirements and as well as offering daily specials based on the best available products in the market.
